Registration Process

How to register for a visit:

• Send us a text message at 216-771-4414.
• We begin accepting text messages at 8am and will respond with either a time to arrive or a waitlist notification.  Please be patient in waiting for a response, and we will get back to you (please allow up to 2 hours for a response).  
  • If you send us a second message before receiving a response for us, the system will automatically bump you to the back of the queue.  
• We are still walk-in (we do not schedule appointments) and will see patients on a first-come, first-serve basis based on the time of the text message.
